Diego Pasión serves as an external advisor for FastChangeCo, supporting the Data Management Center of Excellence (DMCE) team. Although he doesn't appear frequently, when the team faces difficult decisions, they turn to Diego for his invaluable advice.His philosophy is simple: he provides guidance to help the team become self-sufficient. Diego never imposes a single solution; instead, he offers several pragmatic options tailored to the team’s needs. The team then makes the final decision. His ultimate goal is to pass on enough knowledge that his presence becomes unnecessary.
Personal Interests:
Open-minded and always curious, Diego loves exploring new knowledge and ideas. His favorite sports are kitesurfing and hard style kettlebell sport.
